Motion recording just stops recording while motion is still busy

Hello,

I have configured some cameras. Enabled motion for the whole area.
A person is probably stealing something. But because of during motion it just stops recording we dont have any usefull images.
So my settings:
- motion + lo res always
- prerecording 30 s
- post recording 60 s

What i have is all small pieces of recordings taking 90 secs and its just blurred out where the person is stealing something.

  Hi Bert,

  Is my assumption correct that the motion occurred in the dark?

  Could you share some sample footage of the event?

  Resolution of the secondary was set to high (>1024x768). After it was lowered, the issue was resolved.
