Axis P3247-LVE authication Issue

I cannot “unlock” an Axis P3247-LVE once it added to the system. I enter the credentials but it stays locked. I have upgraded the camera firmware, factory defaulted it, restarted the client, tried to add manually but nothing works.

I am able to log into the camera through a web browser.

Server version is an NX1 running 4.0.0.29987

  If you can provide the port-forward access to the camera, we can help to check it.

  Hi @...,

  Although not 100% the same device (Axis P3247LV) I could connect to it without any issue.

  Could it be that the device is connected to another application as well? Another server or NVR or streaming application?
