Hik DS-2CV2Q21FD-IW PTZ Control not working on Windows Desktop client

But it work just fine on Android device

other PTZ camera model work fine in both Desktop & Android Client
(Control it via "ONVIF Device Manager" with the same user/pass also work just fine)

DW Spectrum Client version 4.2.0.33580 (233f85118612).
Built for windows-x64 with msvc.
OpenGL version: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 472.12.
OpenGL renderer: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060/PCIe/SSE2.
OpenGL vendor: NVIDIA Corporation.
OpenGL max texture size: 32768.

  Appeared to be a limitation on the camera side:

  We reproduced the phenomenon in our side.

  After analyze, as the DS-2CV2Q21FD-IW camera only supports ‘UP’, ’Down’, ’Left’, ’Right’, so if Nx Witness sends ‘Up-Left’ or other commands, the camera PTZ won’t move.
