    Hi Juan Carlos Yáñez,

Nx Witness server does not support listening on multiple ports.

Could you provide more detailed information about the reason you need to make the server listen to multiple ports?

I have two different analytics services (LPR and FCR) and only one can send events to NX.

    Do you mean:
    A) Only one of the services has the ability to send the events to Nx.
    B) Both the services have the ability to send the events, but only one can succeed to send the events to the Nx.
    C) Two services can not be set to send the events to the same destination ports.

The more detailed information you provide, the sooner we can understand the issue you met.
    Thank you.

Hi Anderson, thank for your answer.

In my case, NX does not receive events from Herta neither Neural Labs. Both are sending events to the same wave port 7001. That´s is why i ask is it possible to add a second listening port, or, how can I do to receive events from both systems (herta and NL) to thw same Wave system?

if only one system (herta or NL) works, Nx receives the event.

    Hi Juan Carlos Yáñez,

As my colleague said, there is no reason to add a port.

Both Herta and Neural Labs will work with Nx.

You can find the setup guide for Herta HERE.
You can find the setup guide for Neural Labs HERE.

    Thank You Norman

So, do you mean that both, Herta and Neural Labs, can work together with one NX server?

I tried both systems sending events at the same time to one NX server, but the events wasn´t recived by NX, but if eache one works one by one, NX receive the events.

    Hi Juan Carlos Yáñez,

    That is correct.

To investigate such issue, I would run Wireshark to check where it fails.
