Licensing Error / NTP due to network issue
AnsweredHi Support Team,
We are unable to activate the license online / enable NTP due to blocking by the country to *.vmsproxy.com. Is there any alternate way to fix the issue ? We are also unable to connect the server to the cloud.

Thanks for your quick response.
We have activated the license offline, but is there any other alternate / backup site address to activate / nxcloud option. Since the name contains proxy TRA is blocking the site. It's a long procedure to unblock the site, click link option is not working.

There is no alternate site address, since all cloud related address refer to the same domain name.
The first thing that comes to my mind is using a VPN to mimic you're in another country.
