Hello! Thank you. What steps do I need to follow for the activation email? I need the licenses activated to be able to record recordings, and the distributor who provided the equipment and activation code hasn't given me the text file, and it won't be operational again until after the weekend. I need to record recordings now. Thank you.

You don't need your Reseller, since the activation can be done online. Please check the following support article, and you can record within seconds:
