Person, Vehicle Colour Options With HikVision Cameras Acusense

Hi all, Running Nx Witness 6.1 on Ubuntu 22.04 with Hikvision ColourVu AcuSense turrets. Native Hikvision plugin enabled with VCA/AcuSense activated on the cameras. Person and vehicle detection is working correctly in the Objects tab, the objects are splitting nicely between people and vehicles as expected.

I've been checking the object attributes when clicking detections in the Objects tab and I'm not seeing clothing colour for people or vehicle colour coming through as searchable attributes. 

The footage itself is full colour as expected from ColourVu but the colour doesn't appear to be passing as searchable metadata into Advanced Object Search. Looking at the camera web interface the AcuSense VCA settings do include human body attributes and vehicle attributes including colour classification.

My assumption is this data should be available via the ISAPI metadata stream to Nx Witness but I cannot confirm whether the native Hikvision plugin in 6.1 actually surfaces these colour attributes in Advanced Object Search or simply discards them.

Before exploring third party options has anyone got colour attributes working through the native Hikvision plugin on AcuSense cameras in 6.1? 

Is there a specific VCA setting camera side I might be missing that enables colour metadata to pass through? Or is colour search simply not supported via the native Hikvision plugin regardless of firmware and requires a third party solution?

  I have experienced the same, using NX Witness 6.0.3 on Windows, with Hikvision ColorVu Gen 3 turrets and Hanwha X Series PTZes and Hanwha Q Core Bullet cameras. Persons and vehicles spotted in Objects tab but not other searchable attributes. License plates from recent Hanwha LPR cameras show up often but not always and can't search any.

  Hi Dan Platts,

  Which version are you using? In 6.1.2.42921, you should be able to search and utilize the metadata.  
  Also, please note, that some attributes only can been seen, and filtered on via the Advanced Object Search menu.
