For the /rest/v3/devices/<device_id>/footage endpoint. Should the startTimeMs and endTimeMs query parameters be in UTC time or local time?

Is the startTimeMs field in the output in UTC or the device's local time?

  Hi Paul,

  There is no need to put the timezone on it, the startTimeMs / endTimeMs are UNIX Time.
  It does not matter if that is the UTC or device local, the UNIX Time is the same.
