    Hi @...,

    You should be able to use the 3 TB + 10 TB = 13 TB minus 10 ~ 30 GB for each local drive.
    Writing happens in close to equal percentages.

    So if 1 TB is written to the 3 TB drive, approx 3.33 TB will be written to the 10 TB drive.

    In this way the load is as equal as it can be and the read/write cycles equally divided and therefore unexpected drive failure is reduced as much as possible.

    Based on the article I posted above if I have a 14TB and a 1TB data drive in a system the 1TB will not get used because it is less than 10% of the 14TB drive. Is this correct?
