    Hi @Maor,

    Check if "A:\" is really a volume, maybe same as me is only a letter for CS Drive ?

    i dont see an a:\ drive but in the device manager it shown i will disable it and then see if its ok

    i have a server wich i turn into a nas with synology system 4 Disks on 10 TB Purple
    main disk is a SSD 
    what can be wrong?

    Hi @...,

    It's a known issue that Nx will try to obtain the information of the non-storage drive. Typically it just describes the scanning action and won't cause any problem. 
    Additionally, the process has been improved in the latest patch already. Could you help to check if there's a disc drive with label A, and check again after upgrading to the latest patch of 4.1? 

    Regarding another problem, it indicates that the speed of the main storage is not enough for storing the incoming footage. You might be able to find some storage events from your Nx system. Please refer to the article here for more explanations.

    can this be cuz the amount of storage is not big for the amount of cameras?

     

    i have 112 cameras with 30 TB of disk

    Hi @...,

    The amount of storage should not be the issue, but the number of disks might and/or the IOPS of the disks aren't sufficient to handle the load.
