Training demo server invalid credentials

My attempts to connect to the demo server (see below) fail due to an incorrect login and / or password.
Please provide me with a valid username and password to access this server.

I am trying to complete the Operator training and have also requested a demo via the form but have not heard back. Would be keen to arrange the demo, training credentials, etc please.
