Add Devices
Answeredi want to add NVRs in different IP rang, and already connected throw VPN connection.
when i search the devices by ip address is showing to me no devices found.

If your device is not able to discovered or managed by ONVIF device manager, it means the device is not compatible with ONVIF standard. And it is expected that the device cannot be discovered by Nx as well.
If you would like to add the RTSP stream directly, please confirm whether the stream could be playback by the VLC player on the server machine first.Additionally, could you provide the device information of the manufacturer and model name?

Thanks for your information.
Maybe you didn't enable ONVIF on your Hikvision NVR. Please refer to the document to enable the feature first then try again.
Per the previous suggestion, please make sure the device can be managed by the ONVIF device manager first.

Thanks. Then it should be compatible with the ONVIF. Please check whether IP address/HTTP port of the device is reachable on the server machine. Moreover, you could upgrade the device firmware and try again.

Based on your screenshot, the admin is the only user that has permission to use the ONVIF service.
Please log out of the demo account from the ONVIF device manager and login as admin.
In Nx, you should also use the admin account to discover the device.

As long as it doesn't work in the Onvif Device Manger, it won't work in NC Witness.
Please reach out to Hikvision in order to ask them to support you to make the device working in the Onvif Device Manager.
If it works there, it most likely will work in NC or at least we have a basis to resolve it.

We are more than happy to support you, but in this case there is not much we can do for you.
If it doesn't work in the Onvif Device Manager; the supplier of the device should resolve it for you if possible.
If it does work in the Onvif Device Manager, but doesn't in Nx Witness, we are more than happy to investigate the issue, so we hopefully can resolve it for you.
