    What if you try to connect without the auth option?

    Also, are you sure the data is present?

    Hi Marah,
    we need additional diagnostic information to determine the cause of the issue. Are you able to access archive records for the camera with ID 061f5ef0-8063-b8bc-1239-33892896c912 in GUI client? I can see that you're requesting an old record from the year 2015. Most likely the server doesn't have it, but it should respond with the oldest available recording.

    Could you collect the diagnostic log and attach them here?
    1. Generate new auth string and prepare testing URL.
    2. Go to http://192.168.1.13:7001/static/index.html#/advanced and set MAIN log level to verbose. You can find more information on logging here - https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/236033688-How-to-change-software-logging-level-and-how-to-get-logs
    3. Run VLC from CLI with command 'vlc -vvv <stream url>
    4. Collect vlc output and server logs, send them to us and tell us server version and build number.
