Is there any API to get snapshot/thumbnail from a camera?

Is there any way I can get snapshot or thumbnail image from a recorded video? Currently I am downloading archived video and converting the video into image. But is there any pre-built API available?

  Sure. Please check our server API for the/ec2/cameraThumbnail part.

  Hi Norman Graafsma,

  The suggested API was working properly. Now, I am getting 204 No Content response. Any idea on this?

  Hi @...,

  I assume that the call you make uses a timestamp that doesn't exist in the recorded data?
