Timeline issue - NxWitness Client

I have an issue with Client.
When I open any device.. the timeline start always on the left and not on the right...
So, when a customer need to search any motion.. he need to move alltime for each device the timeline to the right before start anything

Please check THIS support article that explains the behavior of the timeline.
After that, you will notice that is isn't required to pull the timeline from left till right.
It will display initially all recorded data from day 1 till the current time.
If you do a smart search it will show all results instantly.
And you can narrow it down by zooming in on the timeline by hovering over the timeline with your mouse and use your scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
Hover over it, hold the right mouse button and move your mouse to the left or right to move the timeline to the left or right.

I know that.. but my customer ask me if it's possible to change this ?
He prefer to see only the actual day, so he don't need to choose any day with the calendar etc...
He can open a device, search motion and work directly.. and if he need other day, use the calendar... for example...Regards,

At this moment, it can't be changed, but I encourage you to share your thoughts in our New Feature Ideas section so our design- and product team is aware of such demands.
