    Hi Daniel Francis,

    Please provide more information as mentioned in THIS support article, preferably including a screen recording of how you have set up the rule in the camera and in Nx Witness.

    Hi Norman,

    I have setup the rule in lots of cameras before with no issues. Selecting the analytics event and then the event type.

    However on this certain camera the event type is unable to be dropped down to choose from event types.

    However all other Dahua AI cameras are able to select these event types.

    The latest firmware and PTZ version is to the latest versions.

    The Issue was resolved by updating from the latest release 4.1.0.31398, without the Dahua Analytics, to the latest patch 4.1.0.32405 which included the Dahua Analytics.
