    Hi Arashk Vatandoust,

    Can you provide the OS you were using?
    Also, please confirm your system drive(the one is installed OS)  or /root folder is full and have limited space

    - Windows : C:\ (by default)
    - Ubuntu : /root (by default)

    If you see the system drive have limited free space - Saying less than 20% of whole space.
    You would need to clean up and keep the system drive having some buffer for OS. 
    The server on/off in turns could be the system drive is no able to write any data on it. So the Nx Witness DB would not be able to work.

    If possible, please provide the necessary log - 
    1) If you are using Windows : HERE
    2) If you are using Ubuntu : HERE

     

    BTW, if your server is working fine under local LAN, but not Nx Cloud.
    First, please confirm your firewall and connection is OK.

    If you can make sure the firewall is OK and its system drive is OK, but the server is still flashing on the system tile with cloud icon on the tile. Please follow this article to check the SYSTEMID and send it to us.

    I didn't change anything but it did randomly stop happening so I'm happy to resolve this.
