    Hi Daniel Francis,

    I checked the device online and it seems that it is Onvif compatible. 
    If this is the case it is very likely that it can connect to Nx Witness. 

    The best thing is to just try it. I'm also happy to test it for you if you can make the device online available through port forwarding. If this is possible, I'll create a support ticket on your behalf so you can share the login details privately. Confirm if this what you can do and prefer.

    Thank you Norman, if you could create a support ticket that would be great. I physically cannot see the encoder in the device list and tried a manual add with little success. I am able to ping the IP address of the unit just cannot add it in.

    It is the 10 channel rack which I have noticed the single channel says in the specs that it is onvif ready, but onvif is not listed in The 10 channel as far as I can see.

    If you could get in contact through email that would be great.
