NX witness client cannot see liveview and recording

The sites use QNAP as storage to storage archive.When storage became invalid can't see the live stream and archive timeline disappeared.
Nx witness client version : 4.1.0.31767 
OS version : Window server 2012 R2

 

Pls to help me check this issue

  Hi Ho,

  The storage problem should not impact the live stream.  So there're two problems happen in your system:
  1. Invalid storage issue: Please follow the instruction here and see if the problem could be solved or not.
  2. Live stream: Please check if VLC player is able to play the stream on the server machine at the same time.

  1:About  Invalid storage issue :i tried do it but after system working fine around some hours i got issue again with  Invalid storage issue, so i dont know why reason i got 

  2:About live stream: i can see liveview on the VLC

  Do you have line or Zalo or skype, that is more easier to contact ,fix and find out the problem

  Hi, I have this same problem, Invalid archive in settings but camera is recording. On timeline I cant see green line with records but I can watch this record. Camera is Buffering i see 3 dots and slowny loading :( in VLC works perfectly
