VIVOTEK Advanced PTZ integration

Hello all,
since we have strong partnership with local VIVOTEK distributor in our region and use their products in our projects, we need to implement Advanced PTZ feature for
- SD9362-EHL
- SD9161-H
cameras. It is really urgent.
AFAIR, you have Advanced PTZ feature for VIVOTEK SD9374x, and SD93x had similar PTZ API for each of model in row.

We can give it a go.
Please provide access to both models via port forwarding, and we will add it to our test environment and check for the possibilities.
Beware that following prerequisites are required:
- Onvif Absolute Move is supported
- The connection needs to be smooth and stable
- Home positions and/or tours needs to be disabled
- The camera should be able to zoom in from beginning to the end with a clearly distinguishable item in the scene.
- Preferable the camera shouldn't be connected to another NVR or VMS or it should be told up front.
You can email the following information:
- Public IP address
- Forwarded ports
- Camera credentials (admin level).

For now, physically all cameras that we need to integrate are installed. Since casino CCTV is real CCTV - no access from WAN - we are working on getting 2 more devices to send you information and access.
