PTZ issues

Hi Norman

I have an issues with a PTZ.
When I want to move/use preset/use tour...
The PTZ crash and reboot...

I test the PTZ in webpage and it's work good, same for tour.
I test with Auto PTZ / System Mode PTZ / Native Mode PTZ in NX.. same issues...

PTZ use latest firmware too..

I use latest patch of Nx : 

I check the WebPage of the Device.. And Nx don't save position in the camera.. 
I don't have "VMS 1 / VMS 2 / etc..."

  Hi Jordan,

   

  Please verify it with the released version of Nx. Version 4.1.0.32003 is a custom patch for a advanced PTZ integration and custom patches do not have the same QA testing as released version or monthly patches and issues might occur.

  But now, I can downgrade or no ? to test with older version

  If you'd like to verify this issue on the released version, you could check the article here to downgrade to an older version.
  Or you could consider to update it to the latest monthly official patch
