License Not Valid anymore

I just yesterday activated a license on a NxWitness installed on Ubuntu LXC container (Virtual Machine). What is used to determine this. It I checked so far the mac addresses and they are all the same)

The license is now no longer valid and complains with the message: Server not found

I can't imagine what could have changed or went wrong that the Hardware ID would changed.

 

What else is used in the determination of the Hardware ID

  Especially in a Virtual Machine environment, Motherboard and MAC hardware information may change and be unstable, resulting in a HWID change.

  Hi Derek,

  I e-mailed you as well as an explanation as to what happened as I have figured it out and resolved it for now from my side.
