Hi Magnus,
Please do some initial check by yourself and provide the detailed info to us,
1. What's your Nx software version? Have you updated to the latest one?
2. What's the manufacturer and model name of the camera? Is the firmware up to date?
3. Check if the LIVE stream is able to play after disabled "Allow system optimize device settings" of the System Administration > General page or enabled "Keep camera stram and profile settings" of the Camera setting > Expert page.
Thank you.

Hi.
This is the Nx software version we are running here: 4.1.0.31767
The camera is a Sony SNC-DH160 and the firmware is up to date on all of the cameras.
I already disabled "Allow system optimize device settings" and it still keeps giving out this error on some of the cameras.

Hi Magnus,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
It seems we have a known issue with the Sony camera in 4.1 and the developer is working on it now.
We will update you as soon as possible if the fix is available.
Thank you.
