    Hi Mark,

    Please help to do the initial check on your side and collect the information to us. Likely you could follow the steps,

    1. Make sure the firmware of the device is up to date. If not, upgrade your device and try it again.

    2. Confirm the software version of Nx 4.1 is the official release build(4.1.0.31398).

    3. Delete the camera from the resource tree. Launch Wireshark tool to collect the packet and add the camera at the same time.We would like to check the communication between device and camera (Capture the whole process from discover camera to play stream)

    4. Try one of following methods to see if the problem get solved.
    - Whole system configuration: Disable "Allow system to optimize camera settings" from Main Menu > System Administration.
    - Single camera configuration: Enable "Keep camera stream and profile settings" from Camera settings
