iPhone X not connecting to Server on NX Witness Mobile app.
AnsweredI can log into my NX Witness server through the app on samsung note9, s9 and an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have tried to connect to the server with two different iPhone X phones and it will not connect. I have tested two different cloud logins on all devices, but the iPhone X will not connect to the server. Re-installed the app. Turned 4G off and connected to the wifi hotspot of one of the working phones (The Samsung note9 on Optus 4G).
I have run out of ideas on how to get the app functioning. The only thing I can think of is that the iPhone X must have a unique setting that is preventing the connection to my NX witness server.
Is there a known resolve for this? Is there any other phone models that have this issue?

Hi @...,
There's no special configuration needed in iOS platform. Please share more detailed information of your case:
- Nx software version of server and mobile client
- iOS version of iPhone X
- Check if the server connection is available without cloud logged in. That means you will log into the server via IP and port.Thank you.

I am having the same issue on a new installation.
I can't login via the NX Cloud trough an IOS device (multiple iPhones and iPads, haven't tried an Android yet). When locally connected with the Wi-Fi (LAN) it works fine. Via the NX Desktop application it also works from outside the network (WAN).

hello
unfortunately we are experiencing same issue with Iphone and Vodafone operator in Italy when connecting to WAVE Sync.
WiFI and other mobile phone operator are working fine.
while Android and Vodafone has been solved by changing APN to tethering APN as default internet connection.
thank you and KR ugo

Hi @...,
Kindly refer to the discussion for Vodafone network connection here.
There's a custom build there if you'd like to give a try.
If you have more questions about the case, feel free to leave your comment to the post.
