Issues whit export video over API

we are using the latest version of Nx 4.1.0.31398
API what we use is
http://user:pass@ipaddress:7001/hls/e6ca7d7f-566c-db88-df83-b4186360db58.mkv?pos=2020-08-29T10:53:44&duration=20&hi
sometimes we get video some times we get video whit 0 bytes
we using AXIS Q6215LE camera and we set up a camera to record 24/7

Normally when a file of 0 kb is created, no data is present.

we are testing same camera bat whit install Nx on WINDOWS 10 Laptop... and all API works fine
maby this issues is only on Linux version Nx ?
Nx what we have a problem in install on VM on Proxmox
We need asap solution because we have some demo tomorrow :)

You added the email as a cloud user and in that way there is nothing to verify for us.
I use Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) for my desktop and servers and the API call you provided, works just fine here.My assumption would be that Proxmox might affect the call, since Proxmox is a derivative of Debian/Ubuntu, but not exactly Ubuntu due to the modified kernel.
The only Linux OS we officially support are Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, 18.04 LTS, and 20.04 LTS (from 4.1+). For all other Debian based or Ubuntu based distros applies; it might work, it might not.Also, the virtual machines we confirm to be working are VirtualBox and VMWare. All other are at your own risk.
So if you have to demo, please use or the Windows laptop, or Virtualbox with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.0 -
