LPR camera list state not being passed through into bookmarks since 4.1

I used Hikvision LPR cameras. So each event list state white/black/other gets bookmarked. Previously the state would be carried over into the bookmark, now its not there anymore, so you cant search for all whitelisted detections.

  Hi Calypso,

  What happens if you set up the rule with Show Notifications instead of Bookmark? Would you receive notifications? 
  Can you still search for black/other listed license plates?

  Don't really want a notification. Just want to search via the bookmarks as I used to. I see it shows up in events, but also not able to search via list type. 

  I just want the list type to be captured in the bookmark like it used to.

  Hi Calypso,

  The sole purpose of the notification was to verify if the rule works or not. 
  I'll check within our team what changes were made. It might be that I'll ask you for access to the system for further investigation.

  What is the camera firmware of the Hikvision LPR camera?
  Is that 5.4, 5.5 or 5.6?

  We had a monthly patch for v4.1. Can you help to update your system and confirm if the issue persists?

  1) Update the camera firmware from 5.4 to 5.5.(If applicable)

  2) Update the system to latest patch.
  - Build Number: 31767
  - Password: l2eyxl

  3) Monitor the events and activities.
  
  

  If the issue persists, please let us know.
  Likely we would need the remote access to your system/camera for further investigation.

  My supplier says that they can't get anything newer than 5.4 Any other place where I could download 5.5 from?

  Which country are you from, maybe I can connect you to a local Hikvision support agent. 
  Did you upgrade your system to 4.1.0.31767?

  Are there options to share the camera with us via port forwarding, so we can add it to our test environment?

  I happen to know the name of the guy in South Africa, (Tommy Zhou) but don't have his email address. 
  For now, I reached out to Hikvision and requested firmware V5.6.11 build 200609 or newer for the DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZHS/P and will share it here are soon as I got it.
