Paxton Net2 Plugin

You advised that "The Paxton plugin should be installed on the server machine", but according to the video setup guide from https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/206110408-Paxton-Net2-Plugin-Setup
it must be installed on the client machine. But never mind.
I had Paxton Net2 Plugin for NX 3.2.0 version installed, so I uninstalled it, then installed new version for 4.0, provided in the mentioned topic, did everything as advised in the video tutorial and when I click on camera icon in paxton events - video player opens for a second and immediately closes. With 3.2.0 everything worked flawlessly.
Did you ever experience such behaviour ?

There are no known issues for 4.0 with the Paxton plugin, and we should have known it since 4.0 was released quite awhile ago now. Which build of 4.0 are you using? Please use the latest patch 31274 which was published on 07 Jul 2020, since the Paxton plugin was not yet available for 4.0 when releases and came after a few monthly patches.
Also, please verify if you can install and use the Nx Desktop client on the same computer as you are using the Paxton client.
