Nx Witness online update does not work

In order to update from V4.0.0.29987 to V4.1.0.31398, I tried "To Update Over the Internet (online update)" on the following page. However, the Update Button was not displayed and I could not upgrade.

I was able to update to V4.1.0.31398 using "To Update to a specific patch".
Can I update using "To Update Over the Internet (online update)"?

It is expected that "Update" button is in the disabled state.
Nx Witness has the embedded feature of the inertial rolling out the new version auto-update for the existing users.
Only a part of the users will receive update notification as well as get the button "Update" enabled within the first week after release was announced. Approximately 20%.With this feature we balance the load for our technical support team as well as get extra time for fixing the critical issues before major number of users update to the new version.

Don't get me wrong.
It is ok to update using "Update to a specific patch" too,
Just take into account if there's gonna be major issues, we'll issue a new release and you'll have to update once again.
At the moment though we have not received any reports of the critical bugs yet.
