    Hi David Bessen,

    This is likely an issue on the camera. In v4.1.0, Nx will send request “setVideoSource” for profile in case of we haven’t changed it.  Usually it is ok for every camera because server doesn’t change it, so the set function is actually put the identical profile back to the camera, but sometimes, we found the cameras returns error unfortunately.

    We have optimized this process and avoid sending this to the camera if the profile does not change. This fix will be included in the monthly patch of v4.1.0 as well.

    If you can't reset the camera, likely you can try to enable the expert mode on the camera, it would be a workaround if the camera is not able to reset. Thanks.

    reset the camera as well as restarted the server appears to resolve the issue
