    Hi Oleksandr,

    I just tested it on my side and it works perfectly. Please try again and choose the downloaded zip file directly without decompression. That means the file name should be "networkoptix-4.0.0.29987-<random code>.zip" instead of  "nxwitness-server_update-4.0.0.29987-linux64.zip".

    Hello,

    Thank you, update to 4.0.0 was OK, but now all cameras give the following error:

    FAILED: Camera request "GetVideoEncoderConfigurations" failed with error "Fault info. Reason: Connection refused. Additional: SOAP-ENV:Receiver. Additional details: connect failed in tcp_connect(). ". Please try to reboot the camera, then restore factory defaults on the web-page. Finally, try to update firmware. If the problem persists, please contact support.

    In 3.2.0 version everything was just fine and nothing was changed on cameras side. Directly they are still available.

    Did you ever see this error and how to quickly resolve this issue ?

    Figured out that only few cameras with firmware TH38M6-ONVIF-P2P V1.0.0.3 build 2019-05-15 still working and the rest with 

    TH38M-ONVIF-P2P V2.5.2.33 build 2017-07-21 NOT

    Would you please recommend quick solution ?

    Hello Oleksandr,

    Thanks for your update. Could you check if the camera firmware is up to date?

    Additionally, please try to reboot or reset one of the camera and see if it could be recovered.

    If not, please let me know and we will require the remote access information for further investigation.

    Reboot and reset didn't help.

    The problem is that I don't know where to download fresh firmware for these 'chinese' cameras.

    Another problem is that I even dont have access for part of the cameras, because they are managed by another company, so I need to restore old functionality within new 4.0.0 version.

    I got this same problem:

    SOAP-ENV:Receiver. Additional details: connect failed in tcp_connect()

    I tested NX on OS: Windows, Linux, Windows+docker, Linux+docker

    this error only is on Linux, Windows+docker, Linux+docker

    This error only show on Thermal Camera Dahua ;(
