Version 4 with Hikvison ANPR

Hi 

We have upgraded three sites with version 4 where we have Hikvision DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS/P 2MP Low Light ANPR IR Camera we have a rule to create a bookmark for the LPR analytic from the camera it works perfectly fine in version 3.2 but when we have it running in version 4 we are getting a error below. and the rule doesn't work.

  Hi Kirk,

  The notification is unrelated to the other issue you describe. 
  This notification error doesn't affect the performance of the system and will be resolved in the next patch we will release. 

  If the LPR rule doesn't work, you could try to reboot the server. Wait a moment so there is time enough for the initialization and check it again. Please let us know the results.

  Hi

  Rule is still not creating the bookmark even after a reboot

  But is working fine in version 3.2

  Can you tell us what you did to resolve the issue?

  It is a bug that will be resolved in the next patch that we will be releasing soon.

  Check or recreate the event rule to apply to “other lists” then it should work
