Is there a Windows Server configuration that runs the Nx client interface?

We have a client wanting Windows Server 2016, but can't find drivers to power the i5-8400 CPUs we normally use. Nx Client refuses to launch with the Microsoft Basic Graphics driver.

Has anyone been able to get NX Witness Client running on Windows Server with a integrated GPU?  (i7-9700 or Xeon E-2246G type of CPUs).

After looking around at server or workstation motherboards that support Windows Server, they either don't show a GPU driver for Windows Server (only LAN, Audio, Sata, etc.) or there are some MBs that have their own 2D gpu which I can't confirm for sure would power Nx Client since it doesn't list Opengl 2 support.

I was wondering if anyone has had luck or if the only option is get a discrete GPU.
