Kindly advice how to enable the motion detection, Face Recognition Camera (VIP) event and camera input events appear in the ProtegeGX event log?

The integration with ICT Protege was implemented by ICT using our standard developer tools so it would be best to contact ICT with any questions you have about the integration.

We have contacted the ICT Protege Tech Support and given us a tool Packet Sender for testing. the packet sender was successfully sent the packet to GX controller. the data should be in ASCII format such as picture below.
Is it possible for Nx Witness to send a TCP packet in ASCII format to the controller similar to the way of using Packet Sender then the controller can receive and interpret that as a credential read? please assist.

Hi Ramot,
We do not send or receive ASCII data. ICT Protege has created the integration between Nx Witness and its product. Probably they created some sort of middleware that translates an HTTP call to ASCII and/or vice versa.
