  Hi Fabian,

  Although this model is a bit of an oddball, if you can forward the device so we can add it to our test environment, we certainly are willing see if we can add advanced PTZ for this camera. 

  So please forward the camera and ask your Nx distributor, to submit a support ticket with the login details.
