Hi Norsalha,

Your observations are correct. You cannot install a plugin for our internal web browser.

But actually this also applies when you use the device in any modern web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, Safari, etc. since they all do not support ActiveX components.

Modern applications switch more and more to HTML5 based interfaces over applications that require plugins.

But what you can do is adding the camera as an RTSP stream as mentioned in the following support article: LINK
