Sequential Server Upgrade

Hi,

I did my first large NX Witness upgrade for my organisation last night (3.1 to 3.2) and noticed that all servers and subsequently all cameras, restarted at about the same time. The outage was only short (a couple of minutes), but would it possible to do a sequential upgrade? One server after another?
