Hello Tech Support,

I just wanted to know how the NX VMS integrate to 3rd Party POS Systems and whether this information is stored locally on a recorder or can be accessed via Cloud?

  I wrote a program to integrate ISS45 POS with NX/DW/Wave.  It creates a text overlay for every event from the register and then bookmarks each event.  So then you can go back in and search your bookmarks for information and it will bring it up.  I did wish that the system was able to group several items to create a virtual receipt for each customer.

  I am not sure about being able to view from the cloud.  If you can view bookmarks, then you can view the POS transactions.  I can shot you over a short demo video if you would like.

  Hi Ivan - 

  Any 3rd party system can be integrated using HTTP Events & Requests in combination with the Event Rules Engine. The details depend on the specific POS system and its ability to send and receive HTTP requests. In some cases you may need to add middle-ware.
