Camera Ids duplicated

Hi everyone,

When registering cameras to the NX software, so each camera will have a different id. The problem is: 

I have 2 NXWitness servers running separately in 2 different locations, and somehow camera's IDs are duplicated. You guys can look at the images below

Site A: PUKA0142 - 2 Cameras with ids are: 9196c60c-da9b-249c-53fc-47d4042df75e and  ff08c2f1-64c8-a7e1-e37e-d498222b0923  

 

Site B: PUKA0140 - 2 Cameras with ids are 9196c60c-da9b-249c-53fc-47d4042df75e and ff08c2f1-64c8-a7e1-e37e-d498222b0923

Any idea why? This is very strange issue

  Unfortunately, the information provided is quite limited, and it’s difficult for us to draw any conclusions or offer useful insights at this point. To assist further, we kindly ask you to share the exact reproduction steps so that we can better understand the issue and investigate accordingly.

  Additionally, please note that if you have duplicated the image or  cloned the SD card from one Raspberry Pi to another, this is not considered a supported deployment method. Such practices may cause unexpected behavior and are not recommended for production use.

   

  In the meantime, we suggest restoring the original Pi machine and checking if the issue is reproducible under a clean environment. (i.e. conduct the possible reproduced steps of issue)
