Issue with --no-single-application parameter in NX Witness client?
PlannedI'm experiencing an issue with the --no-single-application CLI option in NX Witness on Windows 11. According to the documentation, this parameter should prevent a second instance of the application from being launched. However, whether I set the parameter to --no-single-application=true or --no-single-application=false, a second instance always starts when I launch NX Witness via the command line.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Setting the parameter to both true and false.
Using the latest version of NX Witness.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone know how to resolve it?
I want to have one instance running but need to be able to switch between layouts fast.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Andy Knuts,
I deleted the entry from the article, since -no-single-application was deprecated after version 4.0, and should have been removed from the support article a long time ago.Could you be a bit more specific, what it is what you want to achieve?
Do you want to switch layout inside the Nx Desktop Client or the content of your OS screen?

Hi Norman,
I do indeed want to somehow control nx client to show a different layout.
I could write an application that can send keyboard or mouse commands to NX Witness in order to get a specific layout shown but that's not really the proper way of doing things. All I want is be able to keep one instance of NX Witness Client running and somehow have control over which layout it should show depending on some external logic.
