    Hi Tom,

Thank you for your report. This might be a known issue with OS12 (Bookworm). If your RPI is also running OS12, this could explain the behavior.

The RPI camera issue is likely to be addressed in Nx 6.2 (or a later version). Unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA for that version at the moment.

Just a reminder: Nx Witness is currently on v6.0.1. Any issues on v5.1 are unlikely to be addressed unless they can also be reproduced on v6.0.1. This approach helps us allocate resources effectively for the most benefit. Therefore, we strongly recommend updating your system to the latest version.

If there are still issues after updating, please follow this article to provide the necessary information for investigation. This will help save time and streamline the troubleshooting process.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi Ichiro,

    Thank you for your reply.

We're holding off on V6 for the moment due to the way the client software behaves when switching between sites on different versions (changing between systems running v5 and v6, the client seems to need to do a download and an install every time). Once we're in a position to upgrade all our sites we'll do it.

As a work around for now, should this work if my RPI was running bullseye instead?

    Hi Tom,

Using another OS version, will not resolve the issue.
