    This seems to be a consistent issue with multiple users. I only noticed it after upgrading to version 6. Support via this forum also seems to be non existent, rather get hold of your license vendor.

    The goal of this community is community members assisting other community members. And you're right, for urgent matters it is recommended to reach out to the license vendor, as also mention in this article about Response Times.
