    Hello Simon,

You can use the 'Power Users' group to grant the necessary rights. There can be only one local administrator in this group (and one cloud administrator if the system is cloud-connected), and the membership of this group cannot be manually edited. This Admin role is the same as the Owner role in previous releases.

If the described approach does not meet your needs, please describe what you are trying to achieve.

    Hello Ruslan,

Is there any other way we can set at least 3 admin users in Administrator Group, normally end user need an admin rights, the integrator also needs the admin role as they are the one managing the system.

    Hello Patrick,

You can use "Power Users" group for these purposes. The current Admin role is the same as the Owner role in previous releases and we always had only 1 local and 1 cloud owners.

    Hello Ruslan,

Upon checking the admin role below, the power user cannot merge the system, disconnect the failure server on the hive, connect and disconnect system on the cloud.

Most of the work on the systems are managed mainly by the "System Integrator" contractor. The owner (admin) of the system mainly the IT head or the manager of the enterprise end user. We cannot borrow the account of the owner (single system admin) every time we need to replace a failure server and merge it on the hive.

Also, what if this owner (single system admin) leaves the company or out of the country, we cannot wait for him to comeback just to login his account to replace the failure server and merge the new configured server on the hive.

Administrator - Members of this group have unlimited System privileges. Administrators can create and modify Power Users, merge Systems and connect or disconnect System to Nx Cloud.

I would agree with Patrick. There are some end users I wouldn't want to have administrator control just so they don't accidentally mess up the system. However, there are other end users that should have complete control even if the sole purpose is to hand off rights to another integrator in the event of a sour relationship or if you have legitimate reasons to have more than one administrator. This is the main issue I have noticed for a while. An integrator could make use of multiple administrators as well when more than one participate in the activities that only the administrator group can perform.

I believe a power user can update the system but they cannot backup the system. The general process is to backup the system and then apply the system update. I would think that those two abilities would be tied together since backing up a system is a recommended practice before upgrading.
