make an archive of recordings on a video recorder hdd

hi

we have a HikvisionDS-96128NI video recorder with a large volume of hard drives inside. 100 IP cameras are connected to it can we make an archive of recordings on this recorder and if so, what license do we need for this?

  Unfortunately, you cannot access the archive of the current video recorders.
