    Hi Chris,

Could you please provide a screenshot of the existing rule for better understanding?

Also it worths checking Wireshark capture to see what information is send by the camera when the license plate from the allow list is recognized. Most probably it will show you what information is missed in the rule.

    Hi Chris,

"ALLOWLIST" is not an attribute, it is not usually sent by the camera. What happens if you leave "attributes" field empty? How is this behaviour configured on the camera side?

Also, probably it works with Generic Event, not with Analytics Object Detected, so you can try to use Generic Event with an appropriate <event.caption>. It also can be checked in a network capture.

Regarding Wireshark, you can follow this article: https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053308054-How-to-create-a-Wireshark-capture. It is necessary to check what request is send when the camera discover any allowed license plate and what information is included into that request.

Can you please advise me on how to configure plates from the allowlist to trigger the rule?
