128 channels limit

Why this limit? What should I do if I want 600 cameras? Do I have to buy a new server every time I exceed 128 cameras? Aren't you going to solve this? With <another_brand>, I can have up to 10,000 cameras, and with <another_brand>, many as well, but with NX I have a problem if I have to buy a new server every time I exceed 128 cameras, considering that we are planning to implement around 700 NX licenses.

I have some good news! Starting from version 6.0, the device limit will be doubled from 128 to 256 devices.
While our software can support this any number of connected devices without issues, hardware and operating system constraints are still a factor, and therefore we added a limit as explained in THIS support article.
Managing numerous devices requires significant CPU resources, meaning you'll need hardware with multiple CPUs, multiple NICs, extensive HDD bays, and so on.Our software runs efficiently on an affordable i3 server with 8 GB of RAM for up to 128(256) devices. Using multiple servers with these specs can be more cost-effective than investing in one large, multi-CPU server with expanded storage. Plus, distributing the devices across several servers enhances system redundancy, taking advantage of our free failover feature.
If a vendor claims their server can handle thousands of devices, don’t hesitate to ask about the actual performance. You'll often find there are limitations. For instance, our setup can manage 128 to 256 HD streams at 25 FPS using an i3 processor with 8 GB of RAM. In contrast, many competitors might need to lower the number of devices, reduce the resolution, or decrease the framerate to achieve similar performance. Just challenge them to show the performance of 10,000 devices on a single server. Full resolution, full frame rate of course, and a fair number of rules applied to the system.
Additionally, our VMS software is free; you only pay for recording licenses. In contrast, competitor products often charge for licenses for desktops, servers, and other components, which can add up to the cost of an extra server.

Perfect, and thank you very much for the response. We already have NX installed on one computer, and we are waiting to receive a server that we will dedicate specifically to it. For now, we will purchase 3 licenses for a pilot test. If we end up liking it, we will acquire many more licenses, as we are a public institution. Regarding AI, currently in Barcelona we have a company that can provide us with specific AI, but we would like to know if you are in contact with any other companies in Spain that specialize in developing edge AI. Our idea is to acquire cameras from different manufacturers. We are located in Spain.

You don't need to purchase any licenses at this stage. Each system comes with 4 trial licenses, valid for 30 days. If you need additional trial licenses, just let us know, and we'll be happy to provide them for the number of channels you require.
We collaborate with many AI companies and offer a free and open REST API to create AI plugins and custom applications. This means there are numerous applications available, some of which we may not be aware of.

0x80070005 - Acceso denegadoTypically relates to the Operating System, and suggestions for the fix are listed in THIS article, for example.
The error message, you shared, seems to ask for restoring to a previous restore point of the operating system, as explained HERE. However, if you want to do a clean uninstallation of the application, please refer to THIS support article.
