  Hi Faizul,

  This seems like an error on either the file corruption or your Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio might be broken.

  You can try to clean uninstall the Nx Witness first, uninstall your Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio, then re-install them back. 

  The issue usually causing by the OS and the improper privileges while installing any software or application.
  Please check if the reinstallation helps, thanks.
