    Hi Ichiro,

    I realize this is an old question - but those features are now part of Nx Witness. Check out the latest version if you haven't yet.

    I'm having a problem in storing the images so far I only have 1 (one) 
    camera recording and I have other 26 cameras with an active license that are not
    recording, what could be happening? can someone help me please

    Please create your own topic in the correct section, like HERE.
    Based on the limited information and the image, I would check the recording settings. It could be that the cameras are set to Motion-Recording only.
