Hi Support Team!

I' evaluating the Nx Witness server client. My intension is: running server on linux and client on windows.

I'm puzzled by the message

The Info on (windows) Client

Nx Witness Client version 5.1.1.37512 (77050125938c).
Built for windows-x64 with msvc.
OpenGL version: 4.6.0 - Build 30.0.101.2079.
OpenGL renderer: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 750.
OpenGL vendor: Intel.
OpenGL max texture size: 16384.

The info on linux server:

Do I have to use linux client if I use linux server? Both systems are running the same version  5.1.1.37512.

  Hello, are you trying to merge two servers? When does this message appear?

  No, I am just trying to access a server which is installed on Linux (Ubuntu) from a client installed on Windows.

  Hi Alexei Weißlinde,

  You should not need to use the same platform for both server and client. The result you provided looks weird. 
  Are you willing to setup an unattended remote session for us to look into it?

  If yes, I'll create a ticket for you to share the sensitive info.

  Unfortunateley I my company security policy does not allow to set up an unattended remote session. I can certainly show you my systems. But I have to acompany you, while you are gathering information.

  I can provide you with teamviewer access or zoom.us  Do you mind to suggest an time slot so I show you around my "playground setup"? I'll appreciate your help very much!
