several NxCloud sites are offline, but get back after service restarts

hello

Severals (8) Nx System become offline, but after I restart NxServer : it comes back but return offline within hours.

I get this error in logs on each server :

2023-08-20 06:22:37.837    856 WARNING QnServerDb(0x7fb0700132f0): Sessions limit (5000) for user {xxxxxxx} is reached: 5000 sessions

 

Some servers are connected to internet via Starlink, 4G/5G and fiber.

They're not in 5.1 version (because a lot of customer are still using win7)

Servers are under ubuntu and windows

NxServer are under 5.0.0.36634.

Norman solve with Nx developpers, a similar problem with cloud authentification.

 

I just see this topic HERE, but I don't want to manually downgrade (time and risk) all my Nx server fleet because a patch isn't working.
